25.01.2022 NOWHERE IS THE FEMALE NATURAL DESIGN THROUGHOUT THE HISTORY OF MENTAL HEALTH OR PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT CONSIDERED TO BE POSITIVE! Still today it’s not seen to be important enough to be even factored in. The measurements and assessments and expectations are the same. The biggest issue is that females don’t even know we are missing out.... The definition of female is being that we have a uterus (which it’s design includes monthly menstruation with hormones they cause different emotions). Endocrinology (science of hormones) and Psychiatry (science of the unseen emotional effects) DONT EVEN TALK TO EACH OTHER. Oh what I feel they could learn from each other. When oh when will the female design be considered just as valid as the male design. See if you can find ANY reference whatsoever in the history of mental health linking women to our nature or in any way to being positive in this article. In this article is the summary of the history of mental health and how we got here. What you will notice is women were absolutely believed to be defective humans, inferior, smaller therefore must mean weaker, and we were seen as the consequence of sin (for thousands of years) and our cyclic hormonal states that causes us to be seen to appear as crazy, under analysis of men were not even part or any analysis. Eve ate the apple, that’s that, she’s the reason for all of the worlds weakness. She was weak and evil to eat the apple Ana as silly as it sounds . We just need more sex it seemed or we had an ‘immature libido’ if we showed emotions, they just made us appear even weaker, as these were symptoms of a lack of sex, because they did work out it stemmed somehow from our uterus so therefore its sex related. Mental health, science, medicine, religion and personal development still comes from the basic premise that a man and his ways are the blueprint of perfection and if we don’t do well under that blueprint, then we are perceived as failures. All that differs from this blueprint is not ‘whole’. Even look at the global symbol of health Check this out for a hilarious (laugh so you don’t cry) yet revealing read. Even the women famous for mental health teachings, favoured one of the men’s ideologies, after all, they were the experts or so they led us to believe. All that’s changed is we are allowed to THINK we are equal and men try to treat us now as equals, but is that ‘understanding’ is our just a form of pity to show compassion, rather than deeply understanding that we are not evil or flawed or weak, just different and history made a mistake. 18.01.2022 This client came to us feeling frustrated by a pattern of ‘starting and then sabotaging and quitting everything’. 11.01.2022 Hows your Positive Thinking /Gratitude Journal / Vision Board or Affirmations REALLY working out for you? Is it REALLY providing you with LONG-TERM Inspiration and Motivation, or do you catch yourself replying with each Positive thought with an Internal Snide Remark? THAT Internal Snide Remark is the exact reason WHY the Positive Thinking feels so HARD for women - because every time the thought is said/heard, the accompany emotions are FELT. This is even MORE of a problem f...or Women because of many factors - here's two of them! 1. Epigientically we have generations of women before us who have been downtrodden, suppressed and degraded to feel worthless, not good enough, incapable - this history is FEEDING the Internal Snide Remark. 2. Biologically, we ARE different - For instance, we have more connection from the head to the heart, so we connect so many more emotions to the circumstances of our lives AND we have more difficulty letting the past go because of it. EG: You WANT to think/believe "I am Successful"..... but that Internal Snide Remark says "no I'm not - I'm a failure"..... and that leads you to feel like a fake and a hypocrite. You WANT to think/believe "I CAN make a REAL difference".... but that Internal Snide Remark says "Who are you kidding, you can't even help yourself".... and that leads you to feel Guilty. Ashamed. Embarrassed. You WANT to think/believe that "change is EASY".... but that Internal Snide Remark says "O give me a break! I've been trying to change this sh*t for years and we're STILL working on it".... and that, deep down, leads you to believe that MAYBE you're beyond fixing. You WANT to really help other women but deep down you don’t BELIEVE you can and THAT leaves you feeling like utter crap! The Internal Snide Remark - your ACTUAL truth or self-perception - is the very thing that needs to be addressed at the CORE, so that your Positive Thinking, your Mantra’s, Visions Boards, Women’s Circles and all the Self-Love and care you are doing can support you to be the dynamic Transformational Leader you are striving to be. Of course - you can 'train your brain' with any one of the 'masculine' methods currently taught - but you'll be doing it CONSCIOUSLY and with EFFORT for the rest of your life AND chances are you’ll get fed up with how HARD this approach is BEFORE you start to actually FEEL AND BELIEVE what it is your trying to convince yourself of. (This applies to your clients as well - we all know that even when our clients are EAGER to change, when they are left in their own, with only their negative thoughts, it’s VERY hard for them to push through the sabotage because the negative belief holds TRUTH in them!) OR, you can address your Internal dialogue with LONG-LASTING, Cycle-Breaking results FAST with Creatrix Transformology And when you do it for YOU, then you can do it for HER - the woman that you're driven to serve. 10.01.2022 A great big Congratulations to our Class of September 2020! These gals have played BiG this week - releasing between them 111 Sabotaging Blocks and Beliefs.... things like: "ANGRY AT THE WORLD" - for 34 years this particular lady said she's been suffering from this perception - the heaviness of this impacted her closest relationships, her pursuing her dreams AND connecting with herself. In one sitting this burden was released and she's now FREE to go and CREATE for herself, ...her family and her future clients. "I HAVE TO BE GOOD" - this lady was raised as "the good girl" - she was the "responsible one", the one who everyone could count on. A great thing to be YES, but DAMN! the pressure and the expectations that this put on her shoulders was BIG!!!!! She felt burdened to carry the load for everyone because of this belief. NOW, she's also FREE to go and CREATE for herself, her family and her future clients. "I HAVE TO BE STRONG ALL THE TIME" and "VULNERABILITY IS A WEAKNESS" - for DECADES this lady put these walls up so she could be there for EVERYONE else.... admirable and necessary at times yes, but after doing it for so long she realised she'd disconnected from herself and from those around her - she was living at arms length. Not now! NOW, she's also FREE to go and CREATE for herself, her family and her future clients. I could go on and on with how far these ladies have come - because they've done So MUCH for eachother and themselves. ALL so they can help OTHER women! 06.01.2022 The truth is, regardless of what sort of coach you are, what industry you're in, from fitness to wealth to careers to self esteem to business, if you work with women you NEED to understand that women (specifically) do NOT segregate and cannot divide her reality into 'areas' of life. She will never be able to do anything entirely 'consistent' due to our uterus stealing some of our brain power at different stages of life and times during a month EVEN if you no longer have a ut...erus. We are not goal driven even like we are brain washed to believe is one of the secret's to success. In saying this, we ARE emotional creatures by design and it's way more powerful than the will of the conscious mind. Our uterus is our primary engine, not our brain. Our brain is designed in alignment with knowing it runs a uterus as it's priority no matter what you as a coach try to coach her to focus on. This brings in a level of what appears to be sabotage to most coaches BUT ITS NOT! It's merely the coach not understanding the female design. Not anywhere in psychology or in learning to deliver modalities, will you see this taught!!!!!! At the risk of sounding a little far out, as much as we like to think we can consciously decide to push through the cyclic nature of ourself for the sake of doing what our coach says is best for our external outcomes, we cannot for very long at all before her body forces her to stop, whatever it takes to do that because it's job is to protect the systemic design of your female client, and it always lead to a woman feeling like a failure. Her higher good cause her sabotage and its actually what's best for her. She is saved by her higher good even if it shows up in a painful way to force her to stop. That's shit to me that we even need to sabotage to protect ourselves from going against our own design! Resilience and bounce back ability and closing off your energy when surrounded by negativity are muscle's worthy of developing. ... Sometimes you just have to stop, regroup and reset! Watch who you hang with as well. Sure, sometimes you have to be around negative people but if they are not changing because of your influence, maybe they ain't your people. You don't have to stay friends with people just because you think you can't get out of it. You can just be 'busy'. Busy protecting your energy from sabotage and negative manipulation of your energy. You don't owe anyone anything, especially if they sabotage your quality of life (unless they are your kids and still dependent on you). Energy transfers so you are either a giver or a taker of it. Only you are responsible for your energy and attitude. You are a free moving human so you can lean into energy or move away from it. Go do something about it if your results are sucking. Don't just whinge and blame and complain. You've got the power to change!!!!! Sometimes we have to slap ourselves to break free from the cocoon we've ended up creating for ourselves. A caterpillar will die in its Cacoon, thinking that was all there was if it doesn't FIGHT its way out when it feels most trapped and stuck, so it can fly as the butterfly it was capable of being. IT'S NEVER TOO LATE! We've all been stuck and almost given up, but DON'T because in all those I saw do that they were closer than they thought they were to succeeding. Growing pains is all it is. 02.01.2022 It is such a truly beautiful thing to watch a group of everyday, ordinary women - all of whom know nothing about each other except that they share one common passion - to firstly set each other free from beliefs and emotional blocks that have held them back in their own personal lives, and secondly, and most importantly, to learn how to be able to do that for OTHERS in a safe, timely and lasting manner. Every month we run Creatrix Transformology Development Programs - whe...re women from literally around the world, come together to become competent, SAFE facilitators of Creatrix. And every month we are reminded of how truly magnificent women are when they choose to look at their shadows, own what’s not working for them, and open their minds to learn something that has been tailor made for females. Each course is different in many respects, but similar in so many, On Monday, Day 1 of training, all of our ladies are battling nerves. Will I be able to do it? Will I be able to understand it? Will I be able to help HER? What if I stuff it up? What if it works?! On Tuesday, after their first day, the nerves start to be replaced with Yes, I can see this works BUT I have so much to learn Will I ever get it? What if this happens. What if. As the week continues, they begin to realise that it’s true, Creatrix has been developed with so much robustness that it truly DOES WORK! But they also realise that what makes a BREAKTHROUGH So Powerful is the Transformologist and as the week progresses, their skills solidifying and improving, they start to see how THEY are going to be able to truly help others! And so, on the last day of their Facilitator Development Course, the last day of this phase of their training, they have a good strong understanding on what it is going to take for them to set a Heart Free..... and THAT is so humbling and SUCH a privilege.
