Here's how you can avoid this situation >> https://buff.ly/2LuPVuH

17.01.2022 Here >> https://buff.ly/2J5Rjz9 Lorri speaks about the fine balance of security and visual appeal. "Its great to increase sales (with lenient visual merchandising), but not if money is falling out the back-end just as quick!"

15.01.2022 Retail Managers rejoice. Our NEOTAG system solves two fundamental tagging problems. One being that the tag detacher is exclusively sold by us and cant be bought on eBay...and two being the pin-park technology that stops the open tags pricking your staffs fingers! Heres a light-read with everything you need to know. >> https://buff.ly/2phNLlK.

13.01.2022 Enjoy the day paying tribute and remembering those who have served our country. Lest we forget.

13.01.2022 Cut-and-run theft hits Aussie retail stores hard with valuable assets getting swiped. Last week, we did an install of the sleek Astro-Pod for our friends at The Good Guys in Sydney. Long story short, the steel cable recoil inside the Pod makes it extremely difficult to cut, and the follow-me alarm will stay with the crim in a theft event. Its bringing technology like this to Aussie stores that we take pride in - it plays an essential role in keeping retail healthy. Yes, sa...les are important, but so is securing your goods against theft. PS - Hows the sharp black-on-black-on-black set-up here!

11.01.2022 The technology we use in our industry has progressed in a big way - retail brands now have access to tech that significantly reduces their shrinkage. However, last year retail stores lost 9.5 billion dollars in revenue from shrinkage (yes, with a B...). Its great to see our clients looking for the latest measures in securing their stock, and we love helping them - but as a whole, is the retail industry embracing the progression weve seen in loss prevention? 9.5 billion is... slightly alarming... Here our LP expert Lorri shares a short read on the importance of progression >> >>https://buff.ly/2ISbVP6

11.01.2022 Retail will always be part of our culture, as will online shopping - but in 2018 and beyond, there has never been a more important time for retail operations to take their loss prevention methods seriously. Sufficient loss prevention systems are a clear, and instantaneous way to improve the businesses bottom line. With news like this coming out, the retail industry needs to double-down on what they have already - theres still an important role to play in the eyes of the consumer.

11.01.2022 Store metrics, about as exciting as this stock photo here - mildly. However, when the numbers are presented clearly, the way you leverage them is what gets you going... A few months ago we launched our 3D Store Counter. The feedback so far has been great, and it never hurts to help Aussie retailers along the way. If your stores numbers are time-consuming, need improvement or non-existent...heres a quick read that should prick your ears up.... >> https://buff.ly/2LIc459

10.01.2022 In any field, progression is the key to success. And when it comes to loss prevention, being open with your approach is a trait of a true leader. But as we all know, change can be difficult, and it doesnt come overnight. Heres why embracing change in the LP space is essential. Read the full article here >> https://buff.ly/2zkHxJk

08.01.2022 The future of Australian retail begins with how our Loss Prevention managers build the team around them. Yes, the latest technology and processes are essential, but buy-in from your team, the staff on the front-line is the key to minimising retail shrinkage - heres a short read on how you can further engage staff >> https://buff.ly/2qm8Vjd

08.01.2022 Hey guys, Do you find it frustrating when you want to buy products but its locked away in a cabinet? We offer retailers with solutions for securing their assets but also allowing the customer experience to be enhanced by interacting with merchandise. I know this first hand when I wanted to look at a watch. I couldnt freely look, touch or feel the watches I was interested in. Dont let your sales walk out the door because stock is guarded behind a locked glass cabinet. Sen...d me an email if you would like some help in your store securing stock, that will also enhance the customer experience. [email protected] See more

07.01.2022 The modern-day criminal can be anyone - generalisations will never be as useful as identifying the key characteristics of people who may be stealing in your store. After over twenty years in retail, Lorri knows what to look out for. Let us know what you think, Lorri outlines these critical characteristics here >> https://buff.ly/2I1Urg9

06.01.2022 Today I had the priviledge of helping out a Family run small business. They had been hit with 2 Counterfeit notes costing them the loss of the $150 sale, the ch...ange that was given and also the stock. The notes looked like regular notes when the customer paid for their goods, but after a couple of days they started to deteriorate and are now obvious fakes. If you know anyone with a small business that would like more information, or you are a business owner yourself, please contact me for more information on how we can help. [email protected] See more
