25.01.2022 We are shining the spotlight on our much loved physiotherapist & pilates instructor, Stephanie Novak. Did you know she was also a Checetti method ballerina who has toured Canada & the United States as part of a dance ensemble? After living for a couple of years in Europe, Steph returned to Australia & settled back into life living locally in Strathmore. There's more to our practitioners than most of you know so over the next few weeks we will be introducing you to them all again & telling you a bit more about them & their backgrounds.

22.01.2022 Happy iso birthday to our fantastic physio Lewis. Lewis couldnt celebrate his milestone birthday yesterday quite as he had planned and cant see his family due to lockdown. However, he did get to spend it with his socially distanced team mates in a surprise party with a decorated office and some very special treats that his family organised to be delivered to work to share with his In Stride family. 18.01.2022 We are continuing to consult from the treatment rooms at Shop 2/100 Union Road for the next couple of weeks. We hope to return to the main clinic at AVLC in coming weeks and will advise of the reopening date for the clinic when we can. 17.01.2022 Group pilates classes of up to 4:1 are resuming at Shop 2/100 Union Road next week with a demolition team taking down a temporary wall we had to erect during lockdown and the clinic closure at Ascot Vale Leisure Centre. We are reopening the clinic for physio, podiatry, myotherapy/remedial massage and dietitian services at Ascot Vale Leisure Centre on Monday. We are resuming pilates classes from Tuesday at the pilates studio at Shop 2/100 Union Rd, Ascot Vale. 11.01.2022 Introducing one of our adorable extended In Stride family members on National Dogs Day! Working from home definitely has its upsides. For our receptionist Pauline, its getting to spend some extra time with her Blue Staffie Zeus. On National Dogs Day, theres never a better time to acknowledge the support & comfort our four legged friends bring, particularly during this crazy time were all experiencing. Taking our fur babies for a walk for our allowed hour of exercise each day is also a great way to stay active & keep fit. Its also a great excuse to get out of our pyjamas every day.

To help celebrate our birthday month (and lets face it, like many this is not how we planned to celebrate), were running a fun little guessing competition for the next two weeks. We have a jar at reception on 2/100 Union Road that is full of yummy wrapped chocolates. When you are in for your appointment, have a guess as to how many chocolates are inside. The correct guess (or closest too) will be able to take the jar and its yummy contents home. Great company for those ISO movie nights or games days.
