21.01.2022 In light of recent events and the current pandemic we're all dealing with, we just wanted to let our clients know that we are still OPEN FOR BUSINESS and will continue to be quoting and doing our trade work as per normal. Of course, we will be ensuring proper safety and hygiene measures are being taken at all times. Level up your role/roles - who do you need to be, to get to where you want to be? Not just your work role, but in family life and among peers too. ... 2. Create a vision board - write out your goals with a path and steps to achieving them, make sure you have a due date. 3. Attack the low hanging fruit THIS month - there are so many things that are easy to get done but we tend to just put off. Do them right away for easy progress. 4. Daily goals ‘done by one’- get the the things that matter most done by 1pm. 5. Seek for help as a first action each day - ask for the things YOU need early each day. This gives us more chance of the help we need being returned earlier, and also prevents us from serving everyone else’s requests before our own, often more important needs are met. 6. Divide and Conquer - whats the best of what you do? Delegate the rest! If you’ve been thinking of getting an assistant or another employee, then do it. But also for things like housework, meal preps and mowing the lawn. Ask yourself: is my time worth more than the cost of the help? 7. Guarantee recovery every day- you must give yourself this time. Sleep, meditate, walk the dog, no technology for at least 20mins per day. 8. Park 2020 projects, guilt free- if you’re stressing about projects that just aren’t going to get done this year, forget them and drop it in your calendar for 2021 and don’t feel bad at all! 9. Defeat browse time entirely - STOP browsing Facebook, Instagram and the internet in general! STOP taking hours to make decisions, just do it and lose the distractions. 10. Refuse Mediocrity - be amazing and be amazing at everything you do ‘Don’t count the days. Make the days count’

Minimise social contact and follow the guidelines the health department has set, and will continue to update us on.... Wash your hands and don't touch your face. Think of three things you're grateful for every time you wash your hands. Stay healthy = Stay happy! Eat fruit and vegetables and don't let this time be an excuse not to exercise. Gyms are not necessary to maintain a healthy amount of physical activity...get outside in the fresh air! Dark thoughts lower our vibration, weaken our immune systems and make us vulnerable to attract even more negativity. Choose an attitude that serves you and those around you. We owe this to our family and our community! Yes, there is isolation, yes there is fear, yes there is economic strain...we're even facing sickness and death. BUT The birds are singing louder, in clearer skies. People in Italy are singing to each other across empty squares with open doors so other families don't feel so alone. China can see blue instead of black smog for the first time in many years. People are locked in their homes with their loved ones with nowhere else to be, and choosing to connect. The world is being seen through another lens, one that realises our vulnerability and the transient nature of life. Let's think of ways to improve our lives and the lives of others. Choose to see the light in dark times folks and do what you can to help! Take the time to reflect, to plan and to appreciate.
