12.01.2022 In most cases where water has affected a building I see timber base plates or wall studs left in similar condition to pic 1. Believe it or not this timber is actually dry, or at normal levels. Material left in this condition will almost certainly cause health concerns to occupants and will drastically increase the potential of continued mould and bacterial growth. Photo two and three is the exact same timber peice using a super penetrating procedure that is safe to humans and animals and kills all mould and bacteria even witthin the material being treated.
