23.01.2022 Another amazing Mini Retreat with a bunch of fabulous women! Our first time at Stroud Monastery - rustic, comfortable and incredible vibe - was a perfect venue for some `me time, mindfulness, yoga and setting the scene for a future with more positive thoughts. Thanx again ladies! .. Does anyone know how to spell Oomsay, Oombah?

21.01.2022 Keep the dates for the next retreat in 2017. Dates are May 19 - 21. Still sorting out the details so watch this space. This years retreat was awesome, great company, wonderful atmosphere, gentle yoga and mindfulness. Stroud monastery is such a wonderful location. Truly amazing experience. Mayfields Kitchen is catering again so food will be super scrumptious. This time a cooking class will be happening on the Saturday evening!

17.01.2022 Last day of the 4 week program. Gorgeous people. Great fun. Surveys and chocolate await the crew who are partaking in their last yoga session on the deck...for now. Everyone is set to move forward with a bunch of gratitude, emotional freedom, radical acceptance and self compassion and awareness. What else could you possibly ask for?

15.01.2022 Get In-sync for 2016. Join Francesca and Kym (me) each Tuesday evening at Merewether for 4 weeks. Starts 1st March 2016 for 40 mins yoga 10 mins meditation/visualisation and 40 minutes of positive psychology. Learn how to bring yoga, meditation, mindfulness and other mood enhancing techniques into your everyday lives. At the end of the 4 weeks go home on a guided 21 Day Positive Outlook Program. Gorgeous venue - I didnt realize it was that dark in the room tho? Everyone lights up the sessions so much I cant tell. Worked well for the birthday cake the other night x
