04.01.2022 Our Clean KFC Chicken! The whole family will LOVE this recipe, in fact it's the most popular from our program. Ingredients:... Chicken 2/3 Cup Gluten Free flour 2 tsp paprika 2 tsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp white pepper 2 tbsp olive oil Method: mix spices with flour. Coat chicken in olive oil, then in flour. Place on a baking tray lined with non-stick paper and bake until golden. YUM!!!! You’re welcome Next Level: soak chicken in organic butter milk and a few garlic cloves for at least an hour before cooking- it will make it extra juicy! Then toss in flour and drizzle with oil to bake (the milk will help flour stick) Gluten free flour, arrow root, wholemeal flour and brown rice flour all work well. Chicken drum sticks or tenderloins are perfect for this recipe. Shallow pan fry in light olive oil for an extra special treat
