24.01.2022 Wow social isolation and scouting it is a challenge faced by all Scouts in most of the countries of the world. Meetings being held in Zoom (or other formats) award system being worked in isolation and new ideas created to keep scouting alive. 18.01.2022 Sam writes: We tried a couple of times with contacts overseas but after initial contact they all failed. This was over a couple of years ago. We do not have any current penpals. Can we apply for penpals again? Response : Sorry it happened, it is possible they changed their minds or simply got too busy. We have however noticed there is a higher percentage of success ratio when penpals become friends. They seem to stay in touch longer for several years. You are welcome to re-apply for a penpal again by clicking the sign up button above. We currently have a lot of quality applications coming through & you might find just the right friend this time. So far, ALL of them are very appreciative and call their friends here BPFF -- a new acronym I have learnt personally. 12.01.2022 If you have applied for a pen-pal recently and not heard back from us , we apologise. Recently our mail servers were changed and the [email protected] got affected. Finally technical team have managed to fix it all last evening and we are back on track.
