08.01.2022 Good morning integralers, We would be thrilled to see you on Thursday at 6pm at Common Code's Offices, 8 Studley St, Abbotsford VIC 3067 to welcome the Teal Melbourne (Reinventing Organisations and Holacracy) Group and meet some of the IIA board! This Meet-Up is part of a larger Australian Teal community (and movement) interested in re-inventing organisations, responsive organisations, and the future of work. They are looking for co-organisers, suggestions for speakers, and ...a permanent venue location. For the first meetup, there will be a live feed from Teal Sydney meetup followed by a round table introduction and discussion. Teal Sydney has Stephan Jenner from Telus Partners and the Australian Holacracy licensee will provide an Introduction session into Holacracy followed by some Q&A. We will create live feed between Teal Sydney and Teal Melbourne. Stephan is visiting Sydney from Perth where he normally resides. Holacracy is a complete system for self-management for organisations dealing with a rapidly changing world.
