25.01.2022 School Holiday and Term 1 2021 - Bookings now open! Believe it or not, it's time to book in for Term 1, 2021! First in best dressed - this year most classes completely booked out so act quick to secure your spots! Term 1 2021 will run for 9-weeks ($243 for the term) beginning Wednesday 27th January and ending Tuesday 30th March. This is due to some pesky public holiday timing.

17.01.2022 Dearest Danglers, As you’ve probably seen, NSW Health has alerted Northern Beaches residents that 17 COVID tests have returned positive results over the last few days, so they are advising residents to stay home for three days if possible. In light of this, we have decided this morning that the most responsible thing to do is to close the studio over the next few days, revisiting whether we will open again on Monday for our last two days in the studio (adults classes).... This means this afternoon's kids and teens classes, Open Training, and all weekend classes for kids, teens and adults, are cancelled. We deeply appreciate your cooperation. We understand this is unfortunate timing with term just ending and in the lead up to Christmas, but we want to help keep the community extra safe. 13.01.2022 Hi wonderful Integral community, If you've got your finger on the pulse with the news of the day, you might've noticed that NSW Premier Gladys Berejiklian mentioned some slightly tighter restrictions on gyms starting from 1 August. We just wanted to let you know we're all over it, and there will always be a dedicated hygiene marshall on duty at Integral to monitor our COVID-Safe plan in action. Ordinarily, this will be your studio leader for the day: Kalile, Sam, Gemma or Li...llian. Other than that, things aren't really changing as we're already a registered Covid-Safe venue.
