25.01.2022 More bathroom maintenance , the floor was falling through leaks lead me to replacing timber frames and floor around spa, replaced with concrete sheeting and waterproofing done properly also re-tiled while I was there, if you need a trady who can multi-task give us a call it will save you time and money Chimes Spa Retreat

25.01.2022 Shed! Swapped old asbestos lined shed to a brand new fully steel constructed workshop. All council approved for fire rating, demolition, removal of asbestos notices and construction approval of a class 10a structure. I handed in the notice of completion today! This shed I managed from start to finish and a few final touches such as storm water. Integral b&m only contracts the best local tradesmen in town and offer the lowest management fees around. 17.01.2022 Giving this basement a makeover, plus theres a huge granite rock coming through the retaining wall with big holes from moisture build up, I filled all blowouts with grey cement/tile adhesive mixed in with 1 part waterproofer used in this situation and grinded back smooth with just a grinding disc usually used for grinding back the paint off cars to get the wall a bit more flat surfaced then prime coat of bitumin paint 3 part water before two top coats of %100 bitumin concre...te sealer to stop the moisture getting through probably caused from a drain behind the retaining wall not pulling its weight back there, which! hopefully doesnt need any Major attention being under the house but for a more solid water retaining wall waterproofing needs to be done on the earth side of the wall. Will keep a close eye on this wall. The rock was so tough to grind or even drill into I was left to work with it and give it a new floor level to a minimum around the rock.. straightening the other walls as they are beyond a rendering job, and we need plumb straight walls for future bathroom with tiled shower in the corner and two glass block windows which will be fun to point and mortar into the concrete opening and create a 500mm boxed out reveal all plasterboard and cornice to be flushed. Nice progress shots of this project just started. 13.01.2022 This window needed a lager sill above the kitchen sink, I attached a length of jarrah with bolts cut down as rods and biscuit joiners to get it flush. It came out better than expected and matched the two different timbers with stain. It was dark that day and no lighting so i got out the led camping lights

It is roughly 2800mm long and 1200mm wide which comes in handy on those Xmas lunches and dinner parties. The bench seats push underneath the table top when not in use to free up space in your room. The frame can be made in either steel or treated pine (painted). I can deliver custom sized orders to anyone interested in this design. 08.01.2022 Re-roof! Warning graphic Termite material! This is a re-roof with a bit more involved! Replacing the termite infested (untreated) trusses with new treated timber, all while keeping the ceiling up instead of knocking it all down. The things you can accomplish in numbers, luckily had all the owners boys onsite! Which was the only way to get the sheets back on before more winter rain!
