To provide the highest quality of assessments, training, services and support options for carers, parents and staff across the human services sector throughout Australia. Integral Outcomes was born out of a desire to see higher standards in foster care assessment and training within the sector, with an emphasis on strengths-based practice and trauma-informed care provision. Integral Outcomes is able to provide efficient, effective and independent services to agencies within the child protection and human services sectors Australia wide. We offer the following services: General, kinship and intensive/specialist foster care assessments External Social work supervision for students and practitioners Convening of Family Group Meetings 1, 2, 3 Magic & Emotion Coaching Mental Health First Aid Shared Lives training for foster and kinship carers All assessments are completed by practitioners with tertiary qualifications, such as Social Work, Psychology, Child and Family Studies and Human Services, and direct practice experience within their relevant fields. All reports are quality-assured by a trained QA Officer and overseen by the Manager. All practitioners engaging directly with clients have the necessary criminal history check (Blue Card, Working With Children Check or similar) available to customers if required. All assessments are conducted with the utmost integrity and professionalism and assessors will make themselves available to present Standard and Intensive assessments at internal NGO and Government panels, via Skype, phone or in person when needed. Assessors are culturally sensitive and culturally responsive. Wherever possible, working in partnership with Recognised Entities, local cultural Elders and culturally appropriate practitioners who can help guide our assessments are the preferred way of engaging with our clients. What sets us aside .is our capacity for offering intensive, thorough assessments and recognising that the care needs of children and young people are complex and culturally diverse.
