25.01.2022 The Integrated Martial Arts/Development Academy classes will be recommencing at the Dundowran dojo from 6pm tonight As per our Martial Arts Industry Association regulations all safety precautions are in place I'm very happy to continue providing these classes focused on Integrated Development & Empowerment for everyone to help co-create and share within the good vibes again

01.01.2022 The government released a notice stating that all gyms & clubs need to be closed from today. I will need to close the Integrated Centre and the Integrated Acade...my from today until we are given the "all-clear" to reopen All will work out in the end with faith and trust in the larger perception of reality. This stream of time is a difficult but important situation to navigate through for humanity as a whole... the main thing I feel as an individual (and also encouraging others) is to focus on boosting our immune systems as much as we can healthy food, vitamins, herbal/green teas, being outdoors in Nature, exercise, meditation, stay sensible yet positive, harmonise any feelings of fear & anxiety. Share the power of kindness & love with all . This wave of difficulty will pass and there will be a renewed landscape of reality on the other side... refreshed and srengthened even more than ever before See more
