23.01.2022 This months product review is Bio-Research FEM & COL formulations. Many times throughout our lives, especially as a woman, we can experience hormone fluctuations that cause us to become stressed and irritable. The process of beginning menses to ceasing menstruation can be for some a challenging one, with 30-40% of females reporting that their symptoms are interfering with their day to day lives. Often symptoms become unbearable and interfere with sleeping patterns, adrenal ...health and relationships. Bio-Research FEM and COL formulations offer homeopathic support for these times in our lives. Both formulations can be used under practitioner supervision to help promote balance of the female reproductive system. FEM may help relieve symptoms of PMS, absent, irregular and heavy periods. COL may help with the many symptoms of menopause including hot flushes and night sweats.

17.01.2022 We are the only centre in South Australia who boasts qualified practitioners in the Tomatis Method. Tomatis in a nutshell... Someone may hear well but not listen. The sound message is heard correctly but poorly analyzed by higher centres in the brain. The ear is not only used for hearing but is also very important for balance. Listening sessions are done at home using our portable TalksUp device that helps stimulate the brain to analyze sensory messages more efficiently. It may benefit individuals who have difficulties in auditory processing, ADD/ADHD, stress, anxiety and memory. For further information please give us a call or visit the website below.

08.01.2022 Why do we keep raving about Muscleze? Ultra Muscleze powder provides a therapeutic dose of bioavailable magnesium which enhances absorption and intestinal tolerance. Ultra Muscleze also contains amino acids, B vitamins and many other supportive nutrients. Why supplement with magnesium? Magnesium is one of the main nutrients deficient in many people as it is lost during commercial food processing.... Regular supplementation with Ultra Muscleze can help to support general health and wellbeing and also prevent symptoms of magnesium deficiency. Ultra Muscleze is available in natural orange or forest berry flavour and is available for purchase in all clinics

01.01.2022 Skip the supermarket aisles filled with Easter eggs and try making your own chocolate. You can be in control of the sweetness and avoid lots of other nasty additives used to give Easter treats a long shelf life.

01.01.2022 Hello February 29th! Why do we have a leap year? Leap Years are needed to keep our modern day Gregorian calendar in alignment with the Earth's revolutions around the sun. It takes the Earth approximately 365.242199 days or 365 days, 5 hours, 48 minutes, and 46 seconds to circle once around the Sun. This is called a tropical year.... However, the Gregorian calendar has only 365 days in a year, so if we didn't add a day on February 29 nearly every 4 years, we would lose almost six hours off our calendar every year. After only 100 years, our calendar would be off by approximately 24 days! This happened in the Julian calendar, which was in use until the Gregorian was introduced. (Info from timeanddate.com)
