21.01.2022 ENGLISH COMMON MODULE WORKSHOP - We are excited to announce that we are currently taking students for our brand new workshops coming up in November! This 1 day seminar takes students though the texts and experiences module that is studied by EVERY HSC STUDENT IN THE STATE!... The workshop spilts the module into 3 parts to help students understand and thrive in paper 1 Part 1: Techniques, structure and context This part will teach students how to breakdown texts, how to use the creators context and structuring essays. Part 2: Collective and individual experiences This part of the seminar breaks down the prescription for the unit and provides a brief overview of the texts. Part 3A+B: Linking your text to the key terms and formulating your responses In the last segment of the workshops the specific ideas raised in the module will be deconstructed and linked together to help students formulate responses. Today we welcome Sarah - Bachelor of Early Childhood Education Over 5 years experience working with children - 2 years formal teaching... Sarah wrote up a lovely little piece about her passion for what she does and we are delighted to have someone on our team whos shares this kind of passion! I have a passion for teaching and working with children and take great pride being an advocate for their needs and development. I believe it is my role to support childrens individual learning styles and provide an environment that is empowering, stimulating and supports children to not only learn, but become more confident and self aware. I have a strong belief in hands on learning and allowing children to explore, experiment and have fun with concepts in order to establish solid foundations to build their knowledge and understanding upon.
