21.01.2022 Often there are so many simple small actions that can shift our body chemistry positively towards created happiness. But do make sure that the food you eat ( Dopamine) is unprocessed low sugar etc or the quick Dopamine hit will quickly become a mood and energy crush.

I know it is important to look rationally all possibilities, to be rational but often we paralyse ourselves from going for what we want, eg vitality, love, a new career by overly focusing on what could go wrong. What could that shift of focus create for you?

Asking others is so important but asking ourselves the same question is an important first step to recognizing we need help or support. So this is an invitation to also lovingly check in on yourself and to reflect and admit how you are actually feeling. ... It’s to easy to just say ‘yes, I’m fine’ because we may have been raised to be unable to admit we have a problem. If your not sure if your OK here’s a list. It’s basic but it’s a place to start. Ask yourself: Am I sleeping? Am I anxious? Have I lost my sense of humor? Am I struggling to maintain my mood? Am I eating, drinking, gambling, shopping, crying a lot more than I want to or think I should be? Is it hard to get out of bed? Am I avoiding people? Do I feel alone? Am I sad or depressed? Am I hurting? Have I lost a sense of fun or joy? Do I feel helpless? If so - Reach out. Get support. I’m here if you need someone. It’s ok to ask for help.
