Here's 2 QUICK TIPS to support transforming your TO DO list into a tool for calm and control: ... 1. Time the items on your list eg. Call back client 10 mins Visit job site 2 hours Email accountant 20 mins Lunch 30 mins Then put the items into your schedule for the day. You'll quickly see what you can and can't achieve so you can make educated decisions about what to delegate and what to delete. 2. Schedule action items that cause you anxiety early in the day, straight after an action item that offers you an easy win or one that you really enjoy doing. The easy win or enjoyment supports you to have a resourceful mindset to meet the challenge of the anxiety provoking task.
