She was called by a person saying this lady was from Texas Instruments and her computer had been infected. She was asked to turn her computer on .. Luckily she suspected what was going on and said No.. Im in bed so #%%*^ off. ... 19.01.2022 Apple Id - it can get messy.. Have you let your kids use your apple id - do you have multiple devices with many apple ids? this can get complex, particularly when a new device arrives and you need to load it up with contacts, calendars, apps, photos etc. The best option is to setup a different apple ID for each user - that way everything is clean, and theres no confusion when you need to syncronise, or restore apps etc. It may mean buying an app twice occasionally, but thats usually not a big deal. A good opportunity to clear the setup is when you get your new device - it may take longer to get going, but will save you time in the long run.
