Having worked internationally in the field, I am passionate about authentic holistic healthcare and in particular, women’s reproductive health. But first and foremost, I am a woman. And like most of you, I grew up without the knowledge I needed to make the best choices for my repro...ductive health. However, I intuitively knew that mainstream medical options for dealing with cycle problems, infertility and family planning were not the best solution for truly addressing these key areas to get the best and healthiest outcomes. In my early 30’s, I came across countless women and friends who were struggling to conceive. 18.01.2022 "Following 7 miscarriages, I felt at a loss as to what to do. It seemed there was no gynaecologist or fertility expert that could help usand we really scoured the country to find the best. Nothing was offered to us except to keep trying. I knew there was something underpinning it all, but no one seemed able to help us. Healthy men who took the equivalent of two tablespoons of (concentrated) tomato puree a day as a supplement were found to have better quality sperm. Male infertility affects up to half of couples who cannot conceive.... Fertility experts said more studies were needed involving men known to have fertility problems."

Another mentioned I should try taking anti-depressants.
