20.01.2022 Inspection cost are a minor amount of money compared to the price of rectification or repair work, that was not budgeted for when you purchased your house. Do not gamble with your biggest life purchase.

12.01.2022 Here is a small example of a building and pest inspection as a video. Obviously I spend 90 mins looking at the house and include all the rooms, exterior walls, flooring, so this is just a snip of what is done. But it gives you an idea of what is inspected and why.

06.01.2022 Inner city living can have many advantages, but living in a multi storey building can be a costly exercise if you do not have the building adequately inspected for faults before you buy. My advise is to always choose an inspector who is a member of the Association of Building Consultants, to know that your best interests are being looked after.
