16.01.2022 Having a Perfection Mindset is very common as a way to achieve our goals. The problem is that Perfection is almost unattainable (even Perfection can't be Perfect!). Progress Mindset = more sustainable growth while maintaining our wellbeing.

It can be the difference between giving up our pursuits when posed with obstacles and challenges or pushing through despite them. Hope can motivate us.
