04.01.2022 : Carmel came to me seeking to continue her journey in fitness. In her couple of months training twice a week with me we have seen radical changes in range of movement, strength gains and mentally strong adaptations. Carmel trains hard not only with me but on top of personal training sessions trains and plays softball during her season. Carmel had a couple of bad shoulder niggles that affected her strength and playing but with a carefully planned a...nd a specific program we have corrected and strengthened the shoulder to its full capability.
