It allows for almost real time access to interactions. IAP allows easy search for Voice and Screen, Seamlessly performing decryption processes to display the interaction in a user friendly GUI. 23.01.2022 Innovation and change... Nothing seems to stay the same for long. We've updated our QM player. It now features highlighted regions, easier on the eye presentation and speech-text transcription (where available)

18.01.2022 As part of the QM module we have our player where Supervisors/Call Coaches evaluate voice interactions.Users can play the call, leave notes at specified locations in the call, add assessments from the attached template. Once complete the evaluation can also be emailed to the agent.

03.01.2022 Template Manager : Selecting Template Manager from the side menu gives access to the list of all Templates. Hover over a name in the Template list and the table on the right will show all assigned questions associated with that Template.
