24.01.2022 Meet Rachel Niclair, Interactive Yoga Onlines founder and teacher: Rachels love of Yoga began about 12 years ago. After experiencing Yogas transformational effects in her life, she felt inspired to share with others the clarity, peace of mind and connection to health she had found through the practice. In 2016 Rachel was introduced to Ayurveda (The sister science of Yoga) and began her journey to become an Ayurvedic practitioner.
