22.01.2022 NAIDOC Week celebrations are held across the Nation in July every year, however, due to the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, the National NAIDOC Committee decided to postpone the celebration to the 8-15th of November. This year's theme is ‘Always Was, Always Will Be’. This theme recognises that the First Nations people have occupied and cared for our land for over 65,000 years. The theme speaks to the knowledge our First Nations people have of our country and how this enables us to endure complex challenges such as climate change. It is this rich and long history that is celebrated through NAIDOC week. Please join us in celebrating the oldest culture on earth this week!

02.01.2022 2020 has been a challenging year for everyone and circumstances have made it even more important for us all to stay connected and, for those who are able, be willing to support those around us. R U OK?Day is a great reminder to check in on our friends, family and colleagues, to ask R U OK? Learn how to sign ‘Are you okay?’ to check in with someone who communicates with Auslan.... #RUOK #RUOKeveryday #theresmoretosay
