24.01.2022 For the Japanese students it is a good opportunity to observe that the presence of the father figure in the daily life of the family and roles he plays at home here in Australia and compare to that of Japan. You may find that normally fathers are quite remote from home in Japan due to their work requirement. Take this oppotunity to discuss with your host family about the differences between Japan and Australia . Then you may deepen your appreciation and gratitude to your dads -Australian and Japanese.
