Given the current circumstance that we face, it was great to know that we could rely on the team in keeping on track with the agreed contract terms and conditions. - Cecilia Tan, JCDecaux Australia Intermain were thrilled to work with JCDecaux Australia again to deliver the D&C Fitout for their 850sqm expansion in 1 York St, Sydney. Like most operations a...round the world, COVID-19 presented unexpected challenges. However, we were able to adjust and act quickly with stringent processes to mitigate any risks and deliver the project as planned. A huge thank you to everyone involved; our client JCDecaux, subcontractors and project team for looking forward, adapting to the circumstances and continuing to work business as (un)usual.

The 3,700sqm D&C project started this week, and covers 3-levels in Riparian Plaza. The iconic building was designed by celebrated architect Harry Seidler and boasts incredible views overlooking Story Bridge and the vibrant riverside esplanade. Stay tuned for the final project due in 2020 which includes signature booths, abundance of creative collaborative spaces, private offices and a caf to re-fuel @ Brisbane City

We were grateful to be engaged as the construction partner, delivering the project for a brand that has experienced phenomenal success in health science in Australia. The project involved the refurbishment of the visitor facility, which allows customers to experience Yakults values, product and process, as well as learning about the world of health science through the benefits of probiotics. The 2,500sqm project was a complete building refurb, consisting of 3 levels with an extension of a rooftop glass mezzanine and extensive structural work. Our solutions-driven approach was quickly recognised, and the scope of works rapidly developed to include full-floor base building upgrade and integrated fitout of 4 tenancies. With this approach we were able to expedite the programme to provide leasable spaces in a single motion for the joint owners.
