20.01.2022 Those 5 main influences in your life, are they enriching it or subtracting from it? Are they of love? Or are they of fear? This is interesting. I can recall moments of noticing a mirroring in interactions with some people. Imagine all of the ones that go by unnoticed.

07.01.2022 I’m a big fan of acupuncture. I’m currently getting treatment for whiplash I had from an accident back in June. Yes, neck was still sore over 6 months later. I currently see this little old Asian GP that does acupuncture and is fantastic. Really feeling the improvement. One more session to see how it is next year and then will see if I can finish up my treatment. Really recommend acupuncture for almost all ailments

04.01.2022 Good morning Saturday Breakfast in the glorious sunshine Stewed granny smith (great for gut health. Recently learnt stewing an apple makes the pectin bio available which makes sense why you feel so great after eating it, feels so healing ... & Licorice and ginger root tea Glycyrrhiza glabra being an emollient, demulcent and nutritive herb acts on the mucosal surfaces so is also beneficial for intestinal inflammation. (Anything bronchial related also so perfect for the colder seasonal symptoms) Zingiber officinale is a beautiful carminative & antispasmodic herb great for digestive problems as well as motion sickness, peripheral circulation stimulation, chilblains and cramps. It's also anti inflammatory for rheumatoid arthritis too. Herbs are so amazing always having more than one benefit to the body Have a fab day
