This opportunity given to me, as a woman, has been my gre...atest achievement professionally, allowing me to have a voice on very important issues, the shaping of government policies, human rights, humanitarian action, economic and social development, peace and security, climate change and resilience building. My most valuable achievement personally, has been, a mother to my two beautiful children, Jada and Jai. I feel greatly encouraged to see so many Saint Lucian women making a difference in the diaspora here in Canada. I would like to applaud you for your continued support, commitment and contribution to our women and girls both here and in Saint Lucia. This International Women’s Day, Let us choose to challenge ourselves, to be more courageous and passionate in everything we do.
