25.01.2022 ITDF Students As we continue in our isolated state of life I hope that we are continuing our training at home. Unfortunately at this stage, we couldnt give a definitive answer on when we can return to regular training sessions. Talking to Nhan this morning he has notified me that he has been training more than ever on his own! I understand that not all of us have the drive and discipline to practice with complete conviction. Declan and I have been discussing in the coming... weeks to implement via our devices training sessions, the idea is that we can help you stay fit and healthy with a set class format. We are planning on using Zoom to communicate with each other. The idea is that demonstrators will showcase different techniques and workout routines, instructed by myself. On Thursday the 23rd of April we will have a practice where we are contacted and test if we can be seen and heard. For first-class students: be online at 6pm normal training time. For second class students: be online at 7pm normal training time. Please go to the website: (zoom.us) and on the top right-hand row you will see the option "join meeting". From there you can type the code we'll provide you and join. For your convenience, you may wish to download zoom and use the program instead. If you have any questions or concerns about this, my details are: Email: [email protected] or Mobile: 0412182085 Yours in Taekwondo Master Kordanovski

25.01.2022 Attention All ITDF students As we all expected I believe its the only option for now that we unfortunately have to postpone training sessions whilst the uncertainty of the corona virus is upon us. For now we will postpone the training sessions for the rest of March. The return date for training for now will be Thursday 2nd of April.... Please try to maintain your flexibility and fitness as well as you can at home. Stay updated via our Facebook page and website, I trust we will all be back to our normal healthy lifestyles as soon as possible. Kindest regards Master Kordanovski

20.01.2022 In these trying times of isolation and uncertainty there has been some wonderfull news! Our beloved Taekwon-Do stars Nhan and Hoa are proud to introduce to the world their baby boy Kai Hoang this morning 16/08/2020. We are very pleased to say that mother and baby are doing well. We would like to wish the new parents and baby all the very best in there future, may they enjoy a long, healthy, happy and prosperous life together! I’ve been proud and blessed to have many wonderfull and successful experiences throughout my Taekwon-Do life and instructor career, but to play a small but pivotal part in match making these two very special people resulting in a life is so humbling and very dear to me, Well Done Nhan and Hoa, couldn’t be more proud. 15.01.2022 To all of my beloved students, May I just take this time to say that I miss you all in this very isolated time of our lives. With gymnasiums and other venues for exercising also closed at the moment, I hope that you all can appreciate that our Martial Art can keep us fit, strong and healthy. We have a skill set that enables us to train completely on our own. We can all practice our fundamental movements, kicks and especially our patterns. Regular exercise has been scientifi...cally proven to promote a healthy immune system. A lack of movement over a period of time can also reduce metabolism and everyday body functions can be weaker. Take some time during your day and perform some stretching and strength exercises. Patterns performed with a high level of power is not only great for maintaining strength, speed and flexibility, but with correct focus is a Fantastic way to meditate. Giving our minds a rest from negative thoughts and re-focusing on positive thoughts will also be a great benefit from the training you do at home. I ask that you also include your family whenever you can. Lets all together stay strong and healthy. We will of course abide by the governments decisions on ceasing all group gatherings. Once new developments arrive we will keep you all posted on the return date to TKD training. Stay strong, healthy and positive. Master Kordanovski

14.01.2022 ITDF students As restrictions are slowly being lifted we have been designing special training sessions to observe and accomodate the limitations that are in place. The plan was to open up classes from the 23rd of June whilst observing the 20 member rule and social distancing. Unfortunately we have had yet another challenge. Schools in Melbourne are strictly observing no outside people within the school grounds for this current school term. This includes after hours use of ...school property also. These restrictions are inclusive of the 2 week end of term holiday break. In addition some good news is that the Victorian government has also granted contact sport back in action as of July 13. So, as long as everything goes to plan, we will resume training as normal on Tuesday the 14th of July. Until then sessions via zoom are still being held from 7:00pm every Tuesday and Thursday and conducted by Kevin Hoang. Kevin has thus far done an excellent job in conducting the classes so that they dont take up much space whilst building and maintaining our flexibility and strength. I am strongly encouraging everyone to attend these sessions conducted by Kevin. The sessions only go for 30min and are at no cost during this time. Zoom details Meeting I.D 283 677 4800 Password 937759 Please note those who are attending Kevins classes to use your real names so we know who is involved. For those students that are unaware of how to use zoom, Declan has put together an instructional video on how to upload and use zoom on our Facebook page, Hope to see you all soon Master Danny Kordanovski 7th Degree Master Instructor I.T.F E: [email protected] M: 0412182085

11.01.2022 Last training session which is the presentation night on Thursday, 13th December. Training resumes on Thursday, 24th January 2019.

11.01.2022 Hi ITDF Students, there will be no zoom training today. Take a break and enjoy your Melbourne cup day off.

07.01.2022 ITDF students Hope this finds you all safe and well. Well it’s finally happening, It certainty seems that the worst is behind us and we can start living our lives more normally. ... As restrictions are slowly being lifted we are planning to resume TKD classes as of the 26th of November, We will however need to observe the number of participant restrictions. At this stage government directive is allowing 20 students to participate at any one time, in this case we are planning on implementing three seperate one hour sessions to accommodate for our numbers. So what we need is a response from those of you that are planning to return to training as of the 26th of September. I know that for some this may seem a little silly to resume training so late in the year considering that we will break for Christmas in the coming month, however It would be great to see all students again so that we continue our strong bond that we have developed over so many years, We really need to ensure that those students who are willing to resume classes definitely turn up. The sessions will run as they have been every Tuesday and Thursday however the plan is to structure the classes starting at 5:30pm. First class will run from 5:30-6:30, an intermediate class will run from 6:30-7:30, and the senior session to run from 7:30-8:30, This is only a plan at this stage, once we receive the governments ruling along with receiving your attendance we will accommodate it accordingly. If your planning to attend Please send us a confirmation via any of the contacts below, Hope to see you all soon Master Kordanovski 0412182085 Senior Instructor Nhan Hoang 0423 141 242 Instructor Declan Sega 0451 983 577 Or email [email protected]

07.01.2022 ITDF students Whilst we are still on restrictions from the government and cannot return to the training centre, the sessions will run as they have been every Tuesday and Thursday from 7:00pm via zoom and will be conducted by Kevin Hoang. 06.01.2022 Please be reminded that grading today is not at the Sunshine training hall but at: 50 Station Road Deer Park, Vic 3020 5:30pm - 8:30pm Grading starts 6:00pm sharp.... Make sure you have enough water to keep yourself hydrated, it is very hot today!

06.01.2022 ITDF STUDENTS Hope you are all safe and well, We have been trialling to complete a training session via zoom, unfortunately the lack of space in most of our homes makes it difficult to actually perform the techniques we normally perform at our training sessions. After discussions with our seniors we have decided that for now, Kevin will be running stretching and strength building exercises that can be performed in the smallest area. Tomorrow Night (05/05/2020) Kevin Hoa...ng will lead us in our first training sessions via zoom, We will all meet at 7:00pm Meeting I.D 283 677 4800 Password 937759 Please note to use your real names so we know who is involved, can you also please leave your camera on but your microphone off, I trust that the stages of isolation will be reduced shortly, as soon as the government allows for gatherings we will accomodate it accordingly, Hope to see you all soon Master Kordanovski
