04.01.2022 GOJU KARATE IS BACK FOR 2020! Come and try a FREE trial class at the YMCA Macleod on Mondays and Thursdays. Our JUNIORS CLASS runs from 6:00-7:00PM and is designed to teach self-defence, discipline and personal responsibility for kids 6 years and older. ... For students over 15 years old, our SENIORS CLASS runs from 7:15-9:00PM and provides a more challenging lesson in learning and applying traditional Goju Karate techniques.

02.01.2022 Goju Karate is one of the main traditional Okinawan styles of karate. Our style focuses on combining hard (Go) and soft (Ju) techniques for strong and effective self-defence. Juniors Class - 6 years and older: A class designed specially to teach children fitness, flexibility, self-defence, personal responsibility, and self-discipline. The first lesson is FREE as a trial.... Classes are on Mondays and Thursdays at 6:00-7:00PM. Seniors Class - 15 years and older: A more physically intense and challenging class with a focus on fitness, perseverance, and self-defence. The first lesson is FREE as a trial.
