24.01.2022 Well go anywhere, and get the job done. But I would prefer some warning. This one in particular they forgot to mention it was 1km down a dry weather road, on its roof, with no wheels. Took hours to clean the mud off the truck (6 inches thick in places)

13.01.2022 Hire car option on your insurance? If its with RAA Insurance, its almost useless. The current RAA policy only allows for a hire car once your claim has been processed (assessed or repairs start), which can, unfortunately, take days or weeks. Isnt the entire point of paying for a hire car on your policy to have something to drive while it gets sorted?... This combined with a claims desk only operating 9-5 Monday to Friday, is both disappointing and needlessly slow. So if you need you car and thus rely on the hire car option, Id try another company. Ironically the rest of RAAs claims process is great, just not the hire car.
