24.01.2022 Hi there. The fist newsletter of this year is out today. I have announced my 2021 work plan and workshop! https://mailchi.mp/328dfa6ae91c/newsletter14

22.01.2022 My last newsletter of this year is out today. https://mailchi.mp/a0df34c7c8e2/newsletter13 Newsletter No.13 Pause Greeting from South Australia. The end of 2020 is fast approaching now what a year the year 2020 has been, having experienced bushfires, pandemic, black lives matter movement, climate changes, the US election, Brexit and so on. This year we have been challenged and questioned continuously what really matters in our life. ... It has been three months (already!) since we moved to Down Under. It feels to me that now it is a time for me to pause. As I am writing this and reflecting on this year, I acknowledge that it has been difficult for me to allow myself to pause for some time. Having a pause makes me feel that I am lazy, unproductive and genuinely not good enough. In my clinical practice, I deal with clients the issue of feeling imperfect and harsh on oneself and encourage them to allow oneself to be gentler. When it comes to my own practice, I hesitate to give myself permission to be kind to myself. While on pause, I am sitting with a sense of having lost friendships and professional connections that I have cherished in London. I am just recognising now that I have gone through loads of the transitions and loses that happened pretty fast; moved the country, gone back to work, learning a new way of life and so on. On the other hand, I am slowly building a new network with arts psychotherapists and counsellors in Adelaide. I am planning new projects in 2021 and delighted to announce my new workshop, Body Mapping Welcoming a New Year, a New Season https://www.intertwinebodymind.com/upcoming-eventshappening in January in Adelaide. I will update more details soon. Although we may need to still continue to live with an uncertainty in 2021, let us welcome a new 2021 with lots of hopes and wishes. I wish you all a happy new year and keep yourself and loved ones safe.

20.01.2022 The first newsletter of this year is on its way. Please subscribe to get to know my passion and work around dance therapy! http://eepurl.com/gHaEWTThanks a lot. You can read my old post here https://www.intertwinebodymind.com/newsletter

06.01.2022 Hello, everyone. I have been still a bit quiet here for a while. There has been a lot going on in my life at the moment as we have moved from the UK to Australia. Fortunately I got a job as a dance/movement therapist in Adelaide, but then we were back in lockdown. Good news is that lockdown will be lifted earlier than expected ( 6 day lockdown was planned, but now 4 days). How uncertain time we are living in now! I finally have been able to put my thoughts in my monthly newsl...etter here. I hope you can read it! It is a 3 min read and I wrote about my quarantine experience and a related issue to it. Take care! Quarantine and Hikikomoris - https://mailchi.mp/9423af7c1acf/newsletter12 264 https://mailchi.mp/9423af7c1acf/newsletter12
