16.01.2022 GRATEFUL Since finding out we were expecting I have had horrible nausea which still has not left. I'm 19 weeks on Thursday (almost halfway !!) and I am still struggling with nausea and fatigue. Due to the horrible nausea I have been experiencing, I actually lost weight until recently thank goodness. I'm not eating nearly as much and as an expecting mother, anxiety and stress has certainly appeared of not providing enough nutrients for the growing baby and fearing my... baby may not be healthy in there! I am SO grateful for these incredible little jewels of 32 powerful fruit, veggies and berries that I take daily (and sometimes twice daily)! My baby is receiving LOADS of nutrients and vitamins that it wouldn't normally be getting. This is certainly a weight off my shoulder!! Regardless of how I am feeling, doctor is saying our little one is healthy and happy and that's the main thing that we care about! Grateful is an understatement

08.01.2022 11 years ago I started a journey that changed my life. After being bullied at school for being "the fat kid" for many years, and having a genuine hatred toward myself, I decided to stop trying to lose weight in order to be accepted by people (it doesn't work anyway)... I knew that I needed to learn the art of who I was on the way to who I was becoming (fat, thin, tall, short - whatever!). These were my usual clothes 11 years ago... and about 9 years ago I celebrated losing 3...0kg. Then over the last few years things got busy and I neared closer towards convenience. But toward the end of 2016, as I was setting some goals for the new year ahead, I decided that I needed to make some simple changes of increasing my exercise and cutting eliminating added sugars, soft drinks and diet drinks (I used to drink 1 Litre of Pepsi Max most days.) 1st January was day one of this new way of doing things. And it has been the greatest few months in terms of changing the way I eat and fuel my body!! There's no going back now. Along the way, I've had some incredible support... I'm so grateful to those who have remained in my corner as my biggest cheerleaders... a huge thank you to the incredible Holly, also to those who have been keeping me accountable, coaching and inspiring me - thank you Brant Garvey, Toni Versic and Kimberley Robb! You guys are awesome! Today I celebrate, since 1st January a total loss of 10.0kg and 4.1% body fat. #noXcuses See more

02.01.2022 So I was really feeling like chocolate tonight, so I made these incredible Choc No-Bake Cookies from Jo Whitton's website - Quirky Cooking! Seriously delicious and completely hit the spot! However, I only put in 50g of honey instead of 150g, and I also left out the coconut sugar as the 50g of honey made it sweet enough for my taste buds! I also put in half the amount of coconut oil and then butter for the rest of the amount - for those of you who aren't so keen on the coc...onut flavour but want the benefits of it! Also, the fact that they are frozen makes them even more delicious! Makes roughly 15-20. Enjoy! xxx
