23.01.2022 Another foggy shot from late last month.

22.01.2022 from yesterday morning. The remnants of the old wharf in the Fitzroy River. Quite haunting.

20.01.2022 2010 April on the Fitzroy river early morning fog (of course) No light colour tones in this one just a lovely black and white.

18.01.2022 another foggy shot from 2009. this is a little Bridge over gavial creek which empties out into the fitzroy river.

16.01.2022 Another fog shot from the Rockhampton Botanical gardens. Many of the trees you see here have been planted 150 years ago when the gardens was opened. Huge Bunya and Hoop pines litter the gardens with enormous pine cones.

13.01.2022 Last Saturday in Rockhampton we had a hauntingly thick fog. This Photo was taken at the Botanical Gardens by the side of Murray lagoon. The birds were just starting to get active. A few minutes before dawn.

12.01.2022 Deep in fog at the Murray Lagoon in the Rockhampton Botanical gardens. World famous Free entry Botanical gardens and Zoo. The gardens are 150 years old and are a regular stop for tourists on their way through Rockhampton. Its a beautiful spot to be.

11.01.2022 This is inside St Patricks Cathedral in Toowoomba. Right in the middle of the city. It is very similar to St Josephs in Rockhampton internally. both were constructed around the same time with St Patricks being erected in 1863. Taken about 3 months ago.

10.01.2022 What a winter we are having in 2016! This morning I was out driving and was caught without the DSLR but had my phone on me so used it instead. A pelican swimming in the fog in front of the barrage in the Fitzroy river Rockhampton.

10.01.2022 Another from our midweek foggy days this week. THe weather is really quite wonderful in Central Queensland at the moment. Bright sunshine and 28 degrees. Gorgeous!

10.01.2022 Last Saturday Morning on the Fitzroy river in Rockhampton as the fog was lifting. The little dots you can see in the river is actually vegetation being washed downstream from flood waters! Yeap mid winter and we have a small flood happening in Central Queensland due to the 200mm of rain we received 2 weekends ago. Something we only usually get in summer.

10.01.2022 another one from last weeks fog.. We had a pea soup fog this morning. very thick, too thick to do any photos!

06.01.2022 A foggy photo from last week. Low tides and fog are awesome for getting the low shots down near the water.

06.01.2022 The Alexandra Railway Bridge in Rockhampton yesterday morning in fog. HAs quite a history this old bridge and is still the main rail line north.

06.01.2022 4 of my photos are now hanging in the Restaurant at Motel 98 here in Rockhampton. They are in the restaurant that over looks the Fitzroy river on Victoria Parade. If you are ever in Rockhampton book a table at Restaurant 98 as it is a magnificent restaurant with a Delicious menu. Thanks to Verity and Dougan owners of Motel 98 for their hospitality and of course for buying my Prints!

04.01.2022 The first of 2 road bridges there are across the Fitzroy river. What the locals call "the old bridge" shrouded in fog. Next to it in the river you can see the pillar from the original suspension bridge that was built across the river in the 1800s. These pillars are only visible at low tide.

04.01.2022 The foggy fitzroy. Boy what a winter we are having. So much fog and so much time to shoot it. loving it. 31 degrees C today and yesterday. Hardly winter at all!

01.01.2022 Quay St Rockhampton. The river bank sidewalk in fog last week. A touch of paradise in the city.
