There... are not many carpenters around who have experience of this heritage work. 20.01.2022 Stairway to .... Our clients had on old set of stairs leading down to a reserve at the rear of their property that were in need of replacement. We advised on the various species of timber that would be suitable and showing samples of each so our clients could see the colourtones of each species.... They settled on Blackbutt timber, treated with Cutek Extreme and stainless steel wire balustrading. I must say, i think they made the right choice! By selecting the correct species of timber for the application, using quality timber protection and hardware, coupled with solid construction techniques, this beautiful set of stairs will last for many years to come. 10.01.2022 Art Deco entry In Timber were engaged to recreate a matching door leaf after the orignal was damaged. As part of the scope, we changed the glass to narrowline fluted glass with an acid etched pinstripe border.
