I never thought I would be able to achieve so much so quickly but It’s amazing what you can achieve when you put your heart into your goals and don’t listen to your limiting beliefs! The only thing stopping you from reaching your goal is YOU! Read that again. We tend to tell ourselves all sorts of stories around why XYZ isn’t possible for us or why we don’t deserve to have XYZ but these stories aren’t true! Stop selling yourself short d...ue to the untrue stories your telling your self and have the courage to do something different. Here’s the thing, there is always going to be that voice in the back of your head telling you that your not going to be able to achieve something or you are not good enough but the difference is whether you listen to it or not. Had I listened to that voice, I wouldn’t be where I am today. Have the courage to start putting your goals in motion and give them 100%. I promise that in 3 months time, you will look back and be so grateful for what you have achieved but if you never take the first steps you’ll never get to experience this. 06.01.2022 Habits, good or bad they all came from somewhere. The American journal of psychology describes a habit as a less fixed way of thinking, willing or feeling acquired through previous repetition of an activity. In other-words habits are something that we learn through repetition of the same behaviours, thoughts or activities. A lot of the time when we learn a habit it is something that becomes subconscious. Like washing our hands when we go to the toilet or covering our mouth w...hen we cough. But a lot of the habits we take on aren’t ones that are necessarily good for us like cracking open that bottle of wine as soon as we walk in the door from work or having that 5th coffee because we are struggling to get through the day. So just as simply as we pick up bad habits, we can learn new good habits but it starts with a small step and that is change. #goodhabits #badhabits #habits #change #positivity
