BANANA BLUEBERRY BLITZ ... cup yogurt or 1/4 avocado cup carrots, roughly chopped 1 cup kale, chopped 1 banana (ripe) 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen) 1 cup ice (need only 1/2 cup if fruit is frozen) Blend and Enjoy!!!

22.01.2022 Well with Melbourne in Lockdown, we have plenty more time to cook... Give this old classic a try! MAZZs Minestrone!!... 1 sweet potato 2 carrots 250g peas 250g corn 6 celery stalks 5 cubes frozen kale 1 tin beans 1 tin chickpeas 1 tin lentils 1 tin tomatoes 1 bottle of Passata 2 litres of water 1/3 bag of pasta serves 8 Chuck it all in a big Pot!!... cook on low for 3 hours, once ready, top with Parmesan Cheese!! (Let it Snow!) Enjoy!!

11.01.2022 So we all have a big day/couple of days of eating and drinking coming up... Here are a few of our tips to control the damage ... Exercise before your big meal - go for a long walk, or hit the gym prior to your big lunch/dinner... you may as well put the excess calories you’re about to consume to some good use and get them to aid exercise recovery! Drink lots of water before, during and after your meal - if you’re going to be drinking alcohol, consume lots of water to ensure you’re properly hydrated. That way you’ll pull up better the next day and you’ll be able to exercise and not crave crappy food! Eat light beforehand - before your big meal, try to eat a little less to allow for your extra calories you’re about to consume! Again the next day, go for a long walk, hit the gym, eat a little lighter and drink some more water to help control the damage Lastly, don’t stress about it!! It’s one day of the year, so relax and enjoy This is just our opinion, take it how you like, hope it helps!! Merry Christmas and enjoy!!

Money Heist - THE best series on Netflix in my opinion 2. Narcos - another great show 3. The Last Dance - Michael Jordan documentary ... 4. Mindhunter - about serial killers 5. The Defiant ones - story of Dr Dre and how he went from the slums to billionaire 6. You - about a stalker dude, unique but good! 7. Dark - this show is good... but you need to concentrate, someone was smoking some strange stuff when they wrote this!!! 8. White lines - decent 9. Ozark - hmmm hard to describe this one, but its good! 10. Sinner - a little Dark **Bonus** 11. Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee - Its Jerry Seinfeld driving around in awesome cars, with a fellow comedian and they grab coffee and talk crap. Always funny and episodes go for less than 20 mins Enjoy! A little bit of escapism is good
