19.01.2022 Qiara now in stock at The Intuition Shop! Interesting information from Jim Arsenis- Pharmacist/Medical Liaison "Just thought I would share with you some more great feedback by mums using Qiara from an Australian mums group review site called Mums Grapevine.... I believe they have some 35 thousand subscribers. Qiara received a 5-star review. What I found interesting was a particular report from a mum saying that Qiara increased her milk supply! I don’t think that it actually increased the production of breastmilk. What I think is happening is that it is improving the flow of breastmilk via the anti-inflammatory action of this probiotic strain. The pathogenic bacteria that build up in breastmilk when the microbiome is disturbed or out of balance release toxins that cause inflammation. Inflammation causes pain and swelling. Swelling of the milk ducts causes them to narrow making the passage of milk more difficult and thus slower. Qiara by reducing the pathogen levels, reduced the inflammation and the swelling in the ducts thus flow is improved which the mum perceives as increase her milk supply.
