18.01.2022 For everyone who came to the straightness lecture, there is no need to have ridden those exercises before attending to the second lecture. However we will talk in more detail about the straightness exercises to give more tips on how to ride them.

17.01.2022 Louise's Lecture Series recommences next week. The lectures are delivered live so all participants can ask questions. Louise covers background on the topic and how it fits into the Training Scale. She provides at least two exercises that can be introduced into your training plan. Many of the exercises can be scaled up in complexity, so all abilities and experiences are catered for. The lectures are delivered using ZOOM, which can be accessed by anybody regardless or where... in the world you are! A link is sent to you and the lecture is then just a click away...
