20.01.2022 INTUITIVE ENERGY PAINTING WORKSHOP I am that excited to finally launch this painting workshop This workshop is designed to allow you to intuitively paint your own energies.... The body includes a seven charka system and an auric field which can be tuned into to provide a snapshot of the current state of a living being. The energies emitted by the chakras and auric field consist of emotions, colours and messages which can be transferred through the flow of paint onto canvas. The experience and resulting painting can be intuitively interpreted to provide you with guidance, insight and a look at your energies. This workshop includes a brief introduction to the chakra system, auric field and colour meanings, all painting materials, an intuitive tea and a guided meditation to help you tune into your own energy. The workshop will be run in person for approximately 2 hours at @spellbound.boutique where Ceri and I aim for you to leave the session with new knowledge and your own painting of your very own energy on a 12" x 16" canvas. *all times are provided in Melbourne Vic Timezone* Check out the tab in the Linktree in my bio for all the details and to book now! 20.01.2022 Meditation Groups April brings with it our new meditation group! Two classes. Two choices. Two options. Level 1... Come join us at @spellbound.boutique on the first and third Wednesday of every month for an easy meditation. Here you can learn about meditation, how to approach it and learn how to train yourself and your mind. Hold yourself accountable for regular meditation practices by joining a group in a comforting setting without the everyday distractions of life. The Level 1 meditation group is designed with beginners and advanced meditators in mind, providing a meditation that is easy to follow and focuses on calming the mind. Whether you are just starting, getting back into the swing of things or would like to embrace a clearer mind, this group is for you! Level 2 Come join us at @spellbound.boutique on the second and fourth Wednesday of every month for a deep meditation. Here you can indulge in alternating meditation experiences such as journeying, aromatherapy, grounding, sound and work through topics and areas you’d like to explore. Hold yourself accountable for regular meditation practices by joining a group in a comforting setting without the everyday distractions of life. The Level 2 meditation group is designed with the more advanced meditator and those who want a differing experience in mind, providing a meditation that is more in depth. Whether you are needing a stronger guided experience, opening up to exploring the depths of the mind through journeying, sound or oils or just wanting to try something new, this group is for you!
