24.01.2022 How often do you feel, better yet, how hard is it for you to ask for HELP when you need it? I always felt I had to do everything on my own. As I explore and bring awareness to my childhood experiences, especially the first 7 years such as feeling alone, a burden and the belief that children are seen and not heard. It makes perfect sense as to why I was challenged to ever ask for help as an adult, friend, mother, partner, employee etc, and life just seemed so hard!... In the first 7 years of life your brain is under hypnosis to observe and absorb your external environment, develop beliefs from the influence of people, places and things to make sense of the world around you and until you decide to review your beliefs, your life will never change. Your living someone else's life or even generations before you and you don't even realise it, simply through the programming you received in the first 7 years. Knowledge is POWER and with some tools snd techniques of self-awareness and repetition I change beliefs as I flow through life.
