22.01.2022 A student of mine, Rachel, once asked me what Reiki was. I was more curious to find out what she thought it was...... Rachel replied by saying that she thought it was only for people who were sick and in need of healing. Yes, Reiki helps those who are unwell but it is so much more than that!... I was able to share with her the benefits of learning Reiki as a pathway to spiritual awakening. She later joined the Reiki I class and proceeded all the way through to her Master training. 18.01.2022 How did I first discover Reiki? In early 2000 I was experiencing burn out and insomnia and a family friend offered me a session while I was visiting my auntie in Sydney. Up until that point I had never heard of Reiki. With just one session I felt immediate benefits. I slept all night, I’d been suffering from insomnia, and I felt such immense heat and all the stress was completely released from my body! 04.01.2022 Congratulations to my graduating Advanced Channels - guiding this group of souls through this course was such a joy! The time truly did fly by with so many beautiful moments shared, insights and intuition was taken to new heights and life long friendships forged.

I was anxious about going online because I wasn’t sure if it would work, if it was done in real-time or how we would go about interacting with one another.
