02.01.2022 Some kind words Thanks Debbie Day Shan's knowledge of muscle/body movement gives her the ability to target the right therapy to tired/overused muscles which as a Personal Trainer is exactly what I need. Her holistic approach to muscle recover and advice is based on years of dedication to the industry. She is able to locate and repair damaged areas of the body whilst speeding up the body's healing process.

01.01.2022 Testimony... After an accident that left me with a broken leg, both ankles badly sprained and a torn knee ligament my physio suggested that I seek a well qualified sports massage therapist. I met Shan when I had only recently been able to discard my walking stick. I had basically given up on returning to full mobility. Shan gave me a full assessment and I initially elected to have a ten week rehabilitation program to restore at least some mobility. Imagine my delight when wi...thin the first month I had regained much of my strength and flexibility, was able to enjoy some outdoor exercise and even began to think of returning to my weekly tennis game. Shan gave me stretch and strength exercises to complete between her individual sessions with me, but the biggest thing she gave me was confidence and hope. It was a few months before she allowed me to return to tennis but she was always confident that I would get there. Even after my recovery I now continue with a regular maintenance program of remedial massage therapy, stretch and postural exercises with Shan and hope to now begin pilates. I have unreservedly recommended Shan to many of my friends, family and colleagues who all speak highly of her. She is quite simply, amazing. Judy Townsend See more
