24.01.2022 I hope youre having a memorable happy festive season and enjoying the act of giving and receiving. Firstly, I want to thank all my clients for another great year; you really do mean a lot to me, I Love our catch-up and most of all Im sure your body appreciates the maintenance and attention (a few days post massage that is lol). Its been four years since I received my CERT IV in Massage Therapy, taking the leap of faith to start my home business and now.... I am finally her...e!!!! I have been yearning for this moment, for the knowledge and intuition to come together. As most of you all know I have spent this last year studying Diploma in Remedial Massage, I have now FINISHED!!! And better yet... PASSED!!!! A quick insight of Remedial Massage - Remedial massage stimulates blood supply, increase joint mobility, helps to repair damaged tissue, balance the length, tone and tension of muscles and tendons WHICH RESTORE THE CORRECT POSITION OF THE BONES, increases blood flow & helps heal injuries. Easing and stabilising the muscles can improve problems such as headaches, abdominal pain, low back pain and sciatic pain. Helping those problems including sporting and dancing injuries, muscle cramps, whiplash (neck injuries) muscular atrophy, Spondylitis (inflammatory arthritis affecting the spine and large joints), arthritis, frozen shoulder, golfers and tennis elbow. At this stage as we come into the new year, I will only be doing Remedial Massage Therapy Prices - 60 mins $70 90 mins $95 A remedial massage treatment will include a postural assessment with a treatment plan assessing biomechanics, injuries, chronic pain, Anxiety & stress. Each treatment will be recorded on a client card & a home care plan provided involving strengthening exercises, stretches and home massage techniques. These prices will start - New clients January 1st Existing clients 1st February. Health Fund rebate - HICAPS will be available. I am so excited to come into the new year with a new direction and ideas. I can now have a holiday and not stress about assignments . 23.01.2022 Just letting everyone know Im trialling this Class for a couple of weeks "Stretch & Muscle Release" only 40 mins from 6.30pm Tomorrow evening, its FREE... Located at the new Genfit training centre 1/52 Blanck st Ormeau. I will be correcting form, technique incorporate breath with movement this will maximise full benefits of the stretch and functioning of your temple (body). Stretching and release muscle tension is lacking in society there is no time to stretch or dont ...think its as important, you often find people only doing a quick 30sec to 1 minute stretch if any and this is after a strenuous workout. Really... you should be doing a minimum of two hours of stretching a week. Wake up - stretch for 5 to 10 mins Stop every 2 to 4 hours of your day - stretch 5 to 10 mins While youre sitting at your desk or driving in a car release muscles with massage apparatus such as the tennis ball.
