18.01.2022 Protein Balls Recipe. I use roasted almonds in the recipe. Can add craisins etc for the festive season. I mix in the blender and roll into small bite size balls. Can decorate with crushed nuts or coconut on the outside. Enjoy!

14.01.2022 Margie Bryant one of our speakers today on sustainability - so much science based wisdom and knowledge. She was remarkable and educational. Margie brought us yummy Christmas treats for our last meeting of the year...cherries, cranberries, cashews and homemade delicious fruit balls. Margie thank you for your generosity of spirit.
