Co-ordinate closely with sales and production on strategy and execution of scientific and engineering solutions to meet challenging client needs, and Assess, advise and execute the engineering perspective on joint collaboration initiatives, partnerships and technology acquisition opportunities. With a creative and enquiring mind, you relish the challenges of operating at the leading edge of engineering, you love solving complex problems - be they engineering, people, process or commercial. You have a significant defence/aerospace and/or exotic metals background. Exposure to additive manufacturing and Cold Spray technology would be highly advantageous. Degree qualified, possibly enhanced with post graduate studies, you have a track record of leading large growing teams in a high-quality manufacturing environment.
