24.01.2022 Attention parents of students involved in the swim program: Tomorrow is Survival Day for the Swimming and Water Safety Program. Students have been asked to bring along clothes to swim in, to experience what it might feel like if they were to accidentally fall into water whilst wearing clothes. They will practise swimming, treading water and survival skills in their clothes.... Please note students will still need to wear their bathers underneath. The clothes are extra to what they usually swim in. Light material will be the most suitable as thick clothing gets very heavy when wet. We ask that students wear something older as it may get a bit stretched in the water. Please pack an extra plastic bag for wet clothes. To clarify, all students need to bring shorts and a t shirt to swim in. There are a select few that have been instructed to bring trousers and long sleeve top. ++=

08.01.2022 Tomorrow is our Grade 3-6 Cross Country Carnival. We are trying to be optimistic and want students to plan as if it is going ahead. If students can bring their running attire as well as warm clothes for after the race and perhaps a change of shoes and socks that would be fantastic.... Unfortunately due to the current restrictions we cannot have any spectators at the event, this is part of our safety plan and we are required to follow these rules to enable us to run this event. If the poor forecast does eventuate we will postpone the event until next week. Fingers crossed we get lucky!

Unfortunately spectators are not permitted at the pool but your support organising your child for the program is greatly appreciated! Good luck everyone! Do your best!
