19.01.2022 For those struggling with servicing when applying for loans, a new opportunity has emerged which you can take advantage of. Any Property Investor/Developer/Builder is feeling the same pinch and what we have noticed recently is the number of developers offering high % to those with cash so they can complete projects. We had an instance recently where an investor was struggling to service at any level. They invested their cash of $170,000 with a developer who was paying 15% over 6 mths. When they reapplied for finance, their borrowing capacity had increased by $102,000 as the lender saw the 15% interest paid as income of $25,500. This may not happen with all lenders but it's worth a shot.

07.01.2022 Guys and Girls, I have a developer who is offering 25% on $120,000 cash flat for 8 mths, secured. The only string is that they settle on May 29th...The same developer has just settled the same terms with a client of mine over 6mths so they're not mucking around. Let me know if keen.
