16.01.2022 Funny how things pop up.... 2 years since the photo was taken and almost to the date construction is finally about to start, a shovel will be in the ground this next week.....our first 12 pack townhouse development with a GRV of just over $7 million is about to happen! 08.01.2022 ***Michael Russell speaks out and he is 100% right. This has gone too far, it is destroying peoples lives, retirements and it is getting worse. A complex machine that can't be controlled, every action has a re-action repercussions that go alot further than the finance or property sectors, further restrictions limit the ability to borrow, no borrowing, no properties, house property prices go up, rents go up and the housing shortage gets worse, cracks are already starting to show in the construction industry. They really don't get it, It's called supply & demand, which translated in to common sense terms means if there is a demand best thing is to supply. A Royal Commission would certainly be interesting......

05.01.2022 So the big 4 have spoken guys. You won’t be getting your full rate cut. It will be interesting to see what the smaller banks & second tier lenders do. With some of the smaller lenders hungry for business, we could see some market share shift away from the big 4.
